The Mousetrap is a play by Agatha Christie that has been running continuously in London's West End since 1952. It has become the longest-running play in the world. The play is a murder mystery that takes place in a country house, where a group of strangers are stranded during a snowstorm.
As they begin to investigate a murder that has taken place in the house, they start to suspect each other. The play has a famous twist ending that audiences are asked not to reveal to anyone who hasn't seen the play.
The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham is currently showing a production of The Mousetrap. on 15th - 20th May.
