Newark Park

Newark Park is a large country estate in South Gloucestershire that was built in the late 18th century. It is situated on the outskirts of Bristol and it is one of the most important historical buildings in the region.
In 1789, William Hutt bought this property and then commissioned architect James Wyatt to complete a new mansion house. The house was completed in 1792 and it was designed to be a Palladian-style building with five bays, three stories tall with a basement and an attic.
Newark Park has been used as a private residence for many years but it had also been used as a hotel for visitors who wanted to enjoy its natural beauty.
Newark Park is a perfect day out for all the family when staying at The Cotswolds Retreats
