"On arrival the caravan was ready on time and we got the code without issues. We did find some old food under the sitting chair that was missed from the previous stay and one of the compartments of the bin was missing the insert so it could be used. Other than that caravan was immaculate clean. The caravans condition was very good. The double depth decking was a massive plus. And the location is excellent. It would benefit from a fishing peg The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed but the fridge door is bowed and very difficult to close properly. The master bedroom is not the best internal arrangements and it’s very difficult to move around. The spare rooms and bathrooms were great. The caravan would massively benefit from a new mattress or bed in the master bedroom. The bed is very hard and feels like a sheet of ply my wife had a sore back from the first night. This was our fourth stay to the site and first in this caravan we will 100% be returning next year All in all we loved the stay. biggest improvement needed asap is a system to access and egress to outside pool for next time. as that was a joke. We lost our place everyday taking one of the kids to the toilet and had to wait sometimes up to 30minutes to let back in to join my other 2 year old, wife and friends. And the shop did not have bottled water for three days of the stay."
