Other things to note: 

• We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.  
• There is a compulsory cleaning charge of £120 per rental period, this includes one clean after checkout.  
• Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £120 per clean.  
• All Guests must provide Photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence) prior to Check-in. This a separate requirement from Airbnb's own verification process.
